If you are receiving an error message when trying to download one of our apps, it is likely an issue with the App Store. Please wait a few hours and try again.
If the problem persists, try logging out of the App Store and restarting you Mac.
If you are trying to do an app update and it is not working, please delete the app and download again using the same iTunes account you used to originally purchase the app. You can redownload via the 'Purchases' tab on the Mac App Store.
