Disk Aid doesn't find anything and the list is greyed out

This could be related to a permissions issue, which requires an app data reset. Please follow the instructions below:

1. Quit Disk Aid
2. Open a new Finder window
3. Hit Command + Shift + G
4. Paste: ~/Library/Containers into the text field
5. Locate the folder: com.fiplab.diskaid
6. Delete it
7. Restart your computer
8. Reopen Disk Aid

The above steps should resolve your issue. If not, please submit a support ticket.
