Why is my Samsung TV not showing up on the app?

If you are certain that your Samsung Smart TV is compatible but it is not showing up on our app, then please try the following:
  1. Ensure the TV and Mac are connected to the same network (use of multiple routers/extenders can sometimes cause the TV to not be detected on your network due to incorrect configuration).
  2. Disable any VPN and firewall running on your Network/Mac/TV.
  3. Turn your TV off, wait 30 seconds and then turn it back on.
  4. If the TV is still not found, restart your Mac and then try again.
If all of the above fails, please contact customer support.
