I Lost My Download Link or License Code -- How Do I Re-Download?

Whether you bought directly from us or through the Mac App Store, getting your app back is straightforward.

Apps Purchased Directly from fiplab.com

1. Visit the lost license page.
2. Enter the email address you used when you made your purchase.
3. If a matching order is found, an email will be sent to you with your license code and a download link for the latest version of the app.

If the lost license page does not find your order, contact us with the name of the app, the email address you used, and the approximate purchase date. We will track down your order for you.

You can also browse our direct download links to grab the latest version right away (you will still need your license code to activate).

Apps Purchased via the Mac App Store

Mac App Store purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so no license code is required.

1. Open the App Store on your Mac.
2. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner.
3. Find the app in your purchase history and click the download button to reinstall it.

If you are signed in with the same Apple Account you originally used to purchase the app, you will not be charged again.
