Refund Policy (Direct Purchases)

Most FIPLAB apps available for direct purchase from fiplab.com include a free trial. We strongly recommend using the trial where available to make sure the app suits your needs before purchasing.

Refund Policy

Purchases made through fiplab.com via Paddle are not refundable if the license key has been used to activate the application.

If you have not used your license key, you may submit a refund request within 14 days of purchase by reaching out via our contact form with your Order ID and app name.

All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Mac App Store Purchases

If you purchased the app via the Mac App Store, we cannot process refunds on our end. See our Mac App Store refund guide for how to contact Apple.
