Exporting Notes from Handy Note

Handy Note provides options for exporting individual notes and backing up your entire notes database.

Exporting a Single Note

You can save any note as a rich text file (RTF) via the File menu. This preserves the formatting of your note in a standard file format that can be opened in most text editors and word processors.

Exporting the Full Database

To export your entire notes database for safekeeping, use the export option in the File menu. This creates a backup of all your notes that can be restored later.

Saving on Delete

When you delete a note, Handy Note gives you the option to save its contents to a file on your Mac before removing it. This ensures you do not accidentally lose important information.
