If you are certain that your Samsung Smart TV is compatible but it is not showing up on our app, then please try the following:
- Ensure the TV and Mac are connected to the same network (use of multiple routers/extenders can sometimes cause the TV to not be detected on your network due to incorrect configuration).
- Disable any VPN and firewall running on your Network/Mac/TV.
- Turn your TV off, wait 30 seconds and then turn it back on.
- If the TV is still not found, restart your Mac and then try again.
