If you purchased one of our apps via the Mac App Store, you must contact our reseller (Apple) for a refund.
You can request a refund by contacting Apple support via the following link: https://getsupport.apple.com
We are unable to process a refund on our end if you did not buy the app directly from us (we have none of your order information and payment details).
