There could be an infinite number of reasons why an app may crash on a particular user's Mac. In order for us to investigate, please ensure you are running the latest version of the app, then try to launch it.
If the app crashes, please open the Console app (search for it via Spotlight) and under "User Reports" send us the crash log for the app in question. You can do this by right clicking on the crash log in question and clicking 'Reveal in Finder'. This will open the folder containing the crash log and then you can then copy it over to your Desktop and attach it in your support ticket to us.
