If you are experiencing syncing issues, there could be a number of causes. Please try each of the following before emailing us:
- Ensure all of the MiniNote apps are connected to the internet and you are signed into your syncing account for each device.
- Logout of your syncing account on all devices and then sign back into your account via the settings/preferences panel - this often fixes most syncing issues.
- Fully quit and reopen app.
- If the above does not fix the issue, please delete the apps and re-download them from the App Store. Note: You will have to sign into your syncing account again.
Despite trying the above, if the syncing issues still remain, please contact customer support and we will be happy to help you further. Please give as much information as possible to allow us to provide a quick resolution.
