I have a MacBook Air M1 and the date of manufacturing is showing Jan. 10, 2011. Everything else appears to be correct.
I have the same software running on two M1 Airs, one shows sensible age, 3 months, the other shows Jan. 24, 2011. The latter runs warm and has half the battery life of the other, 4 hours not 9
exactly the same, except brand new MacBook Pro (m1 pro) here. showing battery as 10.2 yrs old, and status is check battery....everything else indicates it's totally fine and can't figure out how to reset or flush the app in any way?
I now have a Macbook Pro, it shows the same issue. Again, no actual problem.
Hi,
Thanks for reaching out, we are aware of this issue and are working on a fix for it.
Please feel free to create a ticket for further issues: https://support.fiplab.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Hi Fliplab, I like your product! Just got TaskTab. I couldn't find a topic related to this, so I will ask my two questions here. Is there a way I can open up the "manage" window with a shortcut on a Mac running 10.14.6? Am I right that there is no way to make nested, sub tasks? I wish the ikon were not black - depressing when it comes to a to do list! thank you, David
It doesn't look like there's a way for me to open a new ticket. So I can only comment here.
Thanks for the Smart Countdown Timer. I just want to suggest adding a `clock` or `c` command to the Timer, to convert it into a clock. That way I can have a floating clock on my desktop (always on top), or a clock in my Dock (as a badge on the icon). It will be a really nice addition to the timer app so we can make use of it even when we're not using it as a timer. It would be useful for me as I hide both the menu bar and the Dock from my screen, so I have no available on-screen clock right now.
PS: I created it: https://support.fiplab.com/hc/en-us/requests/16129
Hey all - Thanks for the great Owly app. I've been using it for years, but it seems MacOS 13.2.1 has broken it. App no longer opens on my 2021 M1 MacBook Pro. Has the app been abandoned, or can I look forward to an update? Thanks again!
Greetings all, I am on a lowly "mid-2014" iMac, running only "Big Sur" and CopyClip works lovely for me... very much so like ClipX for PC ... just needs more preferences AND the ability to set a custom "Copy" sound of my choice :-)
I cannot find another place to make a request.
I am using the Smart Countdown Timer, and I would like to automatically open it with a specific time. I was hoping for a command line argument option, but I could also use an applescript to type in a time and hit play.
Both options fail though. There are not command line options as far as I can tell. And the app does not let you type a time into it unless you hover the mouse over the window, which eliminates using applescript.
Any advice?
Copy clip2 is broken on osx 14.0+
I also see this
"Copy clip2 is broken on osx 14.0+"
App is totally unresponsive
I am trying to contact customer support for a suggestion BUT it seems that there is no option to email them or to create a new topic.
Please, could you make the floating window for CopyClip 2 to be resizable like Ditto for Windows?
Thank you for considering it. Eduardo.
Dear sirs,
Shortcut Bar is changing the file setting from read - write to read-only ! After working fine for years with Catalina and without problems to open a file from the NAS onto the Mac screen it now, after upgrading the MAC to Ventura13.5.2, regularly changes the file setting from read-write to read-only so that I have to change the file name every time before saving the file. Any suggestion to be able to open a file from the NAS directly onto the Mac screen is welcome. Thanks already Willy Verheyen
(cannot determine how to start new "macOS Sonoma 14.0" thread)
macOS - Sonoma 14.0
CopyClip2 not responding/working on Sonoma 14.0. Please advise.
I've created a dedicated ticket: https://support.fiplab.com/hc/en-us/requests/16347
Andreas, when I click on your link, it says it doesn't exist....
Probably because it's a ticket and not an article - but I've opened one...
Not compatible with Sonoma. App icon doesn't appear in top menu as per usual.
When I try to remove and reinstall, it doesn't allow me to do so, stating:
The item “CopyClip 2” can’t be moved to the Trash because it’s open.
@adam - you can force close CopyClip2 using "Activity Monitor.app" on your mac. Then CC2 is deleteable. ("Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor.app")
I hope they fix CC to work on Sonoma. It's a handy app.
Thank you Robert! I was able to delete the app. I too hope they get it fixed soon...it's something I use literally everyday.
Hi,
I could solve it by the proposal from the Support.
1) Uninstall the app using the uninstaller app (https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/delete-apps-uninstaller/id1033808943?mt=12)
2) Remove the folders which the uninstaller suggest to delete, including the "Copy Clip Helper" folders.
Then, the reinstall works, the app can be started again.
Thanks @Andreas. Your recipe worked for me. Now back to work...
I posted to this thread 2 yrs ago, and ever since am emailed every time anyone posts to it. It's infuriating and surely extremely dodgy that there seems no way to close account / stop the emails? Help please!
