How to add RSS and Atom feeds to RSS Bot by URL, search, or with password authentication

Add by URL

  1. Click the RSS Bot menu bar icon to open the feed panel.
  2. Click Add Feed at the bottom of the panel.
  3. Paste the full URL of an RSS or Atom feed into the feed URL field.
  4. RSS Bot validates the feed and displays a live preview showing the feed name, article count, and the most recent article.
  5. Click Add Feed to confirm.

If you do not have the exact feed URL, you can search for feeds directly within RSS Bot. Enter a website name or topic and browse the results to find the feed you want to subscribe to.

Password-Protected Feeds

RSS Bot supports feeds that require authentication. When adding a feed that is behind a login, enter your username and password once. RSS Bot stores your credentials securely and handles authentication automatically on each refresh.
