Import and Export Feeds

OPML Format

RSS Bot supports the OPML file format for importing and exporting feed subscriptions. OPML is a standard format used by most RSS readers, making it easy to move your subscriptions between apps.

Importing Feeds

If you are migrating from another RSS reader, export your subscriptions from that reader as an OPML file, then import it into RSS Bot. All feeds listed in the OPML file will be added to your subscription list automatically -- no manual entry required.

Exporting Feeds

You can export your current feed list as an OPML file at any time. This is useful for:

• Creating a backup of your subscriptions
• Transferring feeds to another device
• Sharing your feed list with someone else
• Migrating to a different RSS reader

Tips

• Export your feeds periodically as an OPML backup, so you can restore your subscriptions if needed.
• When importing from another reader, check that the export was in OPML format before importing into RSS Bot.
