What Is Nightstand Mode

Nightstand mode displays a full-screen clock with your upcoming alarms listed below. The clock shows large, elegant numerals along with the current date, making it ideal for use as a bedside or desk clock.

Entering Nightstand Mode

There are several ways to enter nightstand mode:

• Click the gear icon in the top-left corner of the app window and select Nightstand Mode.
• Click the green full-screen button on the app window.
• Right-click the menu bar icon and select Nightstand Mode.
• Press Cmd + Enter when the app window is open.

Alarms in Nightstand Mode

When an alarm fires while in nightstand mode, the screen displays a soft bright hue and the alarm title appears on screen with options to stop or snooze.
